Neutral Ramming Mass: Industrial Applications

  1. Core Induction Furnace Linings

This is the primary application for our neutral ramming mass. It provides a robust, seamless lining for coreless induction furnaces, offering excellent resistance to thermal shock and mechanical wear during the melting of various steel grades and alloys.

  1. Steel & Non-Ferrous Metal Production

Designed to handle the rigorous demands of the metal industry, it is widely used in:
Steelmaking: Supports the production of high-alloy and stainless steels.
Non-Ferrous Melting: Ideal for melting Aluminum (Al), Copper (Cu), and other non-ferrous alloys.
Purity Assurance: Its low-impurity composition ensures that the melt remains free from contamination, maintaining high metallurgical purity.

  1. Ladles & Tundishes

Our material is essential for lining vessels used in the transfer and casting of molten steel:
Erosion Resistance: Effectively resists the corrosive action of both molten metal and aggressive slag.
Continuous Casting: Stabilizes the flow and temperature of steel in tundishes, ensuring a smooth and consistent continuous casting process.

  1. Refractory Lining Repair & Maintenance

An economical solution for extending the service life of existing equipment:
Hot & Cold Patching: Used to repair damaged linings in Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF) and Refining Furnaces.
Cost Efficiency: By facilitating targeted repairs, it significantly reduces the frequency of full relining, lowering operational costs and minimizing downtime.

  1. Heat Treatment & Industrial Furnaces

Beyond melting, it provides a stable thermal environment for:
Annealing & Quenching: Maintains consistent high temperatures required for critical heat treatment processes.
Energy Efficiency: Offers superior thermal insulation, reducing heat loss and optimizing energy consumption.

Performance Highlights

Chemical Neutrality: Resistant to both acidic and basic slag.

Volume Stability: Minimal shrinkage at high temperatures prevents cracks and leakages.

Thermal Shock Resistance: Designed to withstand rapid heating and cooling cycles without spalling.
