Neutral Dry Ramming Mass
Neutral Dry Ramming Mass
Neutral ramming mass is a high-performance refractory material specifically engineered for coreless induction furnaces and other high temperature melting equipment. Composed primarily of high-purity alumina and fused magnesia with a neutral chemical composition, it offers excellent resistance to corrosion from molten metals and aggressive slags. The material delivers high refractoriness, low thermal expansion, superior thermal shock resistance, and strong sintering characteristics, ensuring stable furnace linings and extended service life.

Plastic & Shotcreting Refractories
This series of plastic refractories is designed for direct patching and ramming without additives, including water, under normal conditions. No curing is required after installation, allowing immediate baking with a shorter heating cycle than castable of the same thickness. Fast-baking grades further reduce drying time.
These products are widely used for repair and construction in molten-metal contact areas such as furnace nozzles, linings, ladles, tundishes, and runners, as well as for sealing nickel-iron tapping holes in electric arc furnaces. Phosphate-free options are available for ultra-low phosphorus applications.

Coil Molding Clay
This series of refractory mortars is available in alumina-based, alumino-silicate-based, and fused silica-based compositions. The products feature excellent electrical insulation, high refractoriness, energy-saving performance, easy trowel application, and rapid setting with high mechanical strength. For large induction coils, selected grades allow self-flow casting installation. These mortars effectively secure induction coils and prevent deformation or damage during lining removal. Different grades and installation methods can be selected according to furnace size, operating temperature, and specific service conditions.
