White Fused Alumina
White Fused Alumina (WFA) is a high-purity synthetic mineral made by fusing Bayer Alumina above 2000°C, followed by slow cooling, crushing, and magnetic separation. It is then classified into precise size fractions, with dedicated production lines tailored for various industrial applications.

Alumina
Alumina is core raw material for aluminum ingots, white fused alumina and corundum. With fine flowability, fast dissolution and strong fluorine absorption, it suits molten salt electrolysis well. It serves advanced ceramics, refractories and wear-resistant materials with great thermal stability.

Tabular Alumina
Tabular Alumina is produced by heating ball-shaped calcined alumina just below 2040°C, yielding hard, dense crystals with high chemical purity. It offers excellent resistance to high temperatures, chemicals, and abrasion, making it ideal for demanding refractory and industrial applications.

Aluminum Magnesium Spinel
Magnesium aluminate spinel is a hard, transparent material used as a refractory and abrasive in industrial applications. Its high melting point, oxidation resistance, low thermal expansion, and high heat capacity make it ideal for demanding mechanical and high-temperature applications.

Neutral Dry Ramming Mass
Neutral Ramming Mass is a high-purity refractory for coreless induction furnaces. Made from alumina and fused magnesia, it resists corrosion, offers thermal shock resistance, low expansion, and strong sintering, ensuring stable linings and longer furnace life.

Auxiliary Materials for Neutral Dry Ramming Mass
Fortex offers fast-curing plastic and shotcreting refractories for repairs, linings, and low-phosphorus applications. Our coil molding clays—alumina, alumino-silicate, or fused quartz—ensure high refractoriness, insulation, and strength, customized for specific furnace conditions.
